We recognize the daily struggles, sacrifices, and strength that so many women embody. OneVine desires to honor these women—nominated from within the communities of our strategic partners—who exemplify the spirit of the Ruths of Today through the Ruth Grace Award.

We are privileged to collaborate with each strategic partner to determine how this award will be presented at their luncheon, gala, or special gathering. Each year, OneVine Foundation may select one woman from each partner organization to receive this meaningful recognition.

Ruth Grace Award Application

To have the opportunity to learn from and honor strong women is such a blessing. At OneVine Foundation, we want to take the time to celebrate the women who exemplify The Ruths of Today through the presentation of The Ruth Leadership Award. This award honors outstanding servant-led female leaders whose lives and serves with purpose, courage, and grace. Each year, OneVine Foundation may select a woman leader in the nonprofit field who demonstrates extraordinary resilience, humility, servant leadership, and unwavering commitment to her community.

The heart behind the Ruth Leadership Award was inspired by Tammy Tang, who selflessly cared for her mother-in-law after she was diagnosed with lung cancer. Just like Ruth, Tammy refused to leave her mother-in-law’s side and stood with her until the very end. Her example reflects the essence of this award: women who lead with compassion, strength, and steadfast dedication to others.
